Previous incidents

The CPU cooler was replaced and node is back online. VMs should be booting within the next few minutes.

This is now resolved, the root cause was redundant fibre rings from our provider were both cut however we established they had these from the same provider and will implement additional connectivity.

It has been ~12 hours since the node has been online again and we have not noticed any issues, we will retain a copy of the VM imgs for few more days. Please submit a ticket if you have any issues.
