AMS KVM Migrations
Resolved
Aug 02 at 06:16pm BST
We have successfully completed migration.
Please verify that your VPS and data are functioning correctly. The old node data will be permanently deleted in 72 hours.
Important Notes:
Access the new control panel via the client area: https://my.iniz.com/clientarea.php?action=services
If your VM is showing as Online but not accessible, you may need to reconfigure your network config. To access VM over console go to Options >> Enable VNC Access
To access your IP configuration details go to Network tab
To claim your new /64 IPv6 subnet, go to Network tab >> Enable IPv6 Network
For compatibility we recommend you install the following packages (via apt/yum etc): cloud-init & qemu-guest-agent
We have various latest operating systems available to install with just a few clicks, we highly recommend if you are using a old or EOL OS to take backups and reinstall.
If need assistance with any of the above or have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us via support@iniz.com.

We experienced issues during the day that caused some VMs to be down longer than normal, this is now resolved and we have migrated >50% of the VMs.
We have paused for the night and hope to complete migration by tomorrow.

We are progressing well, each VM is shutdown individually so you may see your multiple VMs go briefly offline for migration at different times.
