We are investigating power issue in Los Angeles location to our rack/PDU, please standby for updates.
The VM nodes have been up for last 2.5 hours however due to issue with power to the network switch they remained down. Everything should be up and running now.
We are investigating further as to why this happened, we also have spare PDU so may need to schedule urgent maintenance later to temporarily swap this out.
We are performing upgrade to our client area platform, we expect it to be down for the next 4 hours.
We have completed the upgrade and the client area is accessible again.
We have rebooted the DALLAS1 node to resolve some known issues with the VZ kernel.
All VMs now back up.
